Who we are
Our group of small farmers focuses on organic farming using traditional techniques specialized in Andean grains and dairy products such as quinua, cannihua, tarwi, faba and milk. Our organization is based on principles and values of cooperation. The Central Cooperatives in the Puno region has more than 500 member families, grouped in 5 provinces and 12 districts, with two representative cultures of Peru: the Quechuas and Aymaras. in 23 rural communities on the banks of Lake Titicaca in the Altiplano
